About Daol Dental Clinic
Daol Dental Clinic is a dental clinic in Janggi-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do. Dr. Moon Heesam, a specialist in Integrated Dentistry certified by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, treats patients himself. Since opening in 2015, we have been practicing at the same location for 12 years and have placed over 5,000 implants.
Consultations are mainly in Korean. Dr. Moon Heesam can communicate in English at an intermediate level, so you can ask about your diagnosis and treatment in English. If you would like a more detailed explanation, please come with someone who speaks Korean or use a translation app.
How we decide on treatment
- 01Saving natural teeth
Before pulling or grinding down a tooth, we first look for a way to keep it — including cracked teeth and teeth with a painful nerve.
- 02Accurate diagnosis
We do not decide from one symptom alone. We combine several tests, and use Q-ray to find cracks and early decay that are hard to see on X-rays.
- 03Clear explanation
We show you the test results on the same screen and explain the possible options side by side, including why we recommend one.
- 04Less discomfort
A 4-step anesthesia system keeps pain to a minimum, and digital equipment reduces errors and the number of visits.
